Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using EverOak & Kin. By using EverOak & Kin, you agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You may not impersonate another person, create accounts to evade restrictions, or misuse invite links.
Acceptable Use
Use the app only for lawful, respectful sharing with people who have agreed to connect with you. Do not harass others, upload illegal content, violate another person's rights, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape the service, or interfere with app operations.
Your Content
You are responsible for what you post. You keep ownership of your content, and you give EverOak & Kin the permission needed to store, process, display, and deliver that content to the circles you choose.
Subscriptions
If paid plans are available in the native iOS or Android app, billing and plan management are handled through the applicable app store using App Store in-app purchases or Google Play Billing. RevenueCat may process subscription status so EverOak & Kin can unlock paid features. Stripe may be used only for web or other policy-compliant non-native purchase surfaces.
Subscription features, limits, prices, renewal terms, trial availability, and plan availability may change as EverOak & Kin evolves. You are responsible for managing renewal and cancellation through the app store account or payment surface where you purchased the subscription.
Safety Actions
EverOak & Kin may restrict, suspend, remove, or report accounts and content when needed to protect people, comply with law, or maintain the service.
Account Deletion
You can request account deletion in the app or by emailing support if you cannot access your account. Deleting your EverOak & Kin account does not automatically cancel an active app store or payment-provider subscription; manage cancellation through the store or provider where you purchased it.
Changes and Availability
Features may change over time. The app is provided as available, and outages or bugs may occur.
